Gröna Backa Arabians (Green Hill Arabians) is situated in south sweden, about 180 km from Stockholm. Consists of a family aiming to breed high quality Arabians on a small scale.

 Our mares are handpicked from a variety of bloodlines. Those we don´t own we lease to include desirable qualities in our breeding program. It is of greatest importance to us to breed on healthy individuals.

 Therefore most of our mares and their offspring are x-rayed for OCD/bone cysts before breeding or at a sale. ALL breeding animals are CA-tested. We ride our adult horses regularly, the breeding mares whenever possible.

 We are very particular about proper feed, hoof care, handling, worming, vaccination etc to get our horses the best start in life. We show our youngsters depending on development.

 When you buy a foal from Gröna Backa Arabians they are insured for hidden faults and insured at A1 level according to the Swedish insurance system.
